Senior Analyst

Role Description

This full-time Senior Analyst role is located in Yerevan, Armenia and requires a wide range of responsibilities. These tasks include:

• Identification of business opportunities
• Managing portfolio projects (including as Board members), handling financial transactions, and building client relationships
• Comprehensive analysis of business projects and business plans, providing relevant conclusions;
• Financial modeling; business valuation and analysis of financial statements of companies;
• Preparation of presentations/memorandums for internal and external stakeholders;
• Analysis of budgets/business plans of portfolio companies;
• Active participation in the entire process of business project development
• Finding up-to-date information about sectors and industries, markets and companies as potential investment objects;
• Submission of recommendations concerning business process analysis;
• Participating in different thematic working groups, meetings and conferences;
• Assisting analysts and junior analysts in tasks

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, financial analysis, or investment analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, business valuation, and market analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial analysis results to non-financial audiences.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as necessary.
