Tigran Ghazaryan has more than 25 years of experience working with local and international organizations in the field of business management. He held senior positions in the development programs of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American University of Armenia (AUA). He was the director of the Wings of Tatev Ropeway. Tigran Ghazaryan provided business development consulting services to numerous local and international organizations. He participated in number of European and American universities' educational programs: the Universities of Montana and Harvard in the USA, the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. He got Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Mahatma Gandhi University in India. He is a Certified Operations Manager (COM), American University of Business and Communications. T. Ghazaryan currently lectures at the Public Administration Academy of Republic of Armenia.

Deputy CEO

Sergey has over 14 years of experience in banking sector. He is a partner of EvaBeta and a member of the Board of Director of Unistream Bank. He has held several senior positions in Russian, Armenian, Italian, Spanish and Israeli companies. Serge holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. He graduated with honors from the Yerevan State Institute of Economics.

Director of “Entrepreneur + State Anti-Crisis Investments Fund” CJSC

Bella Manoukian is a management professional with over 8 years of experience in economic development and investment fields. She has prior work experience in the Ministry of Economy, where her work concentrated on shaping the economic development agenda of the country as well as conducting the dialogue with International Financial Institutions. Her carrier then focused on investment field when joining Business Armenia and later ANIF. Bella is currently leading ANIF’s Deal team and managing the Private Equity Fund operating under ANIF. Bella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business and management from the University of Exeter and an MBA Degree from the University of Sheffield.

Edgar Evoyan has more than 14 years of work experience in banking, investment, and payment spheres. He started his career in the Central Bank of Armenia as an analyst, then as a program manager, after which he headed the Investment Banking Department of Araratbank, “STAK” money transfer system operator, and “General Asset Management” investment fund management companies. Edgar Evoyan is a candidate in economic sciences and has a CFA qualification. In 2016, he studied at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, USA

CFO

Srbuhi has over 17 years of professional experience in finance, taxes, and auditing. She holds one of the most respectful international qualifications in her sphere since 2019 – Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA), London, UK. Being the CFO of ANIF, she continues her independent consulting practice in taxes and finance. Besides that, she is a member of the RA Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants and sits in the Committee of Audit Quality Assessment,actively working on the regulatory and cultural improvement of the field. Srbuhi holds another qualification for the internal audit of public organizations and passes annual attestations to keep it, which highlights her solid knowledge of internal control systems and quality requirements for public organizations.

Tatevik brings over 13 years of diverse accounting experience in Armenian finance organizations. Prior to joining ANIF, she implemented companies’ accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits. Tatevik holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Yerevan State University, and a master’s degree in accounting and audit from “International Accountancy Training Center" Educational Fund, she has passed the F1-F7 ACCA papers to date. Tatevik is fluent in Armenian, Russian and English.

LILIT

MANUKYAN

Legal counsel

Lilit Manukyan brings about 6 years of experience to the field of corporate law. Her expertise has been honed through roles within Armenia's banking sector and leading law firms. Lilit graduated from the French University in Armenia, an academic partner of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, earning a diploma from both institutions. Her academic journey culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in International Business Law. Since 2021, Lilit is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia. Her linguistic skills include proficiency in Armenian, English, French, and Russian.

VOSTANIKYAN

Head of Procurement

Grigori Vostanikyan has accumulated over 23 years of professional experience in the field of procurement. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the St. Petersburg Institute of International Economy and Law, as well as the Faculty of Political Science at the RA Academy of Management, holds a master's degree in political science. G. Vostanikyan worked for many years in the state procurement agency of the RA government, and later at the "State Procurement Agency" SNOC, where he role to the position of Head of the Document Inspection Department in the Legal Department, starting as a 1st-class specialist. He served as the Chief Specialist of the Procurement Policy Department at the RA Ministry of Finance, followed by the role of Information Systems Manager at the Procurement Process Coordination Department of the State Procurement Process Coordination Department within the same ministry. G. Vostanikyan also held the position of Deputy Head of the Communal Economy Department at Yerevan Municipality.

TONOYAN

Press secretary

Susanna Tonoyan has more than 26 years of experience in media and public relations. As an economic journalist, she worked in "Armenpress", "Noyan Tapan" news agencies as well as in "Or" daily newspaper. S. Tonoyan was the press secretary of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Armenia, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. She participated in six-month training courses at the Academy for Educational Development (AED) of the US Agency for International Development, as well as the International Visits Program of the US Department of State. Susanna Tonoyan is one of the founders of the Club of Economic Journalists.
