GHAZARYAN

Acting CEO of ANIF

Tigran Ghazaryan has more than 25 years of experience working with local and international organizations in the field of business management. He held senior positions in the development programs of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American University of Armenia (AUA). He was the director of the Wings of Tatev Ropeway. Tigran Ghazaryan provided business development consulting services to numerous local and international organizations. He participated in number of European and American universities' educational programs: the Universities of Montana and Harvard in the USA, the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. He got Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Mahatma Gandhi University in India. He is a Certified Operations Manager (COM), American University of Business and Communications. T. Ghazaryan currently lectures at the Public Administration Academy of Republic of Armenia.

GABRIELYAN

Acting director of “Entrepreneur + State Anti-Crisis Investments Fund” CJSC

Onik Gabrielyan has about 15 years of work experience in banking. In particular, he worked in SEF International universal credit organization, in Cascade Bank, then in Ameriabank. He worked in Ameriabank for many years in the Corporate and Investment Department, first working as a business lending specialist, then as a senior specialist and later as a chief specialist. He has graduated from the State Agrarian University of Armenia, the Faculty of Engineering. He also studied at the Department of Economics and Management of the State Engineering University of Armenia, receiving a degree in economics.

Evoyan

Chief Executive Officer ARFI investing company

Edgar Evoyan has more than 14 years of work experience in banking, investment, and payment spheres. He started his career in the Central Bank of Armenia as an analyst, then as a program manager, after which he headed the Investment Banking Department of Araratbank, “STAK” money transfer system operator, and “General Asset Management” investment fund management companies. Edgar Evoyan is a candidate in economic sciences and has a CFA qualification. In 2016, he studied at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, USA

MKRTCHYAN

Chief Legal Officer

Gevorg Mkrtchyan studied at the Faculty of Law in Yerevan State University and the American University of Armenia, receiving a Master of Law degree (LL.M. program). He worked as a legal advisor at the Central Bank of RA for more than ten years. Additionally, he served as a legal advisor at ‘STAK MONEY TRANSFER’ CJSC and in the ‘National Agency of Agricultural Insurers’ NGO.”

LILIT

MANUKYAN

Senior Legal Counsel

Lilit Manukyan brings about 6 years of experience to the field of corporate law. Her expertise has been honed through roles within Armenia's banking sector and leading law firms. Lilit graduated from the French University in Armenia, an academic partner of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, earning a diploma from both institutions. Her academic journey culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in International Business Law. Since 2021, Lilit is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia. Her linguistic skills include proficiency in Armenian, English, French, and Russian.

GRIGORI

VOSTANIKYAN

Head of Procurement

Grigori Vostanikyan has accumulated over 23 years of professional experience in the field of procurement. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the St. Petersburg Institute of International Economy and Law, as well as the Faculty of Political Science at the RA Academy of Management, holds a master's degree in political science. G. Vostanikyan worked for many years in the state procurement agency of the RA government, and later at the "State Procurement Agency" SNOC, where he role to the position of Head of the Document Inspection Department in the Legal Department, starting as a 1st-class specialist. He served as the Chief Specialist of the Procurement Policy Department at the RA Ministry of Finance, followed by the role of Information Systems Manager at the Procurement Process Coordination Department of the State Procurement Process Coordination Department within the same ministry. G. Vostanikyan also held the position of Deputy Head of the Communal Economy Department at Yerevan Municipality.

SUSANNA

TONOYAN

Press secretary

Susanna Tonoyan has more than 26 years of experience in media and public relations. As an economic journalist, she worked in "Armenpress", "Noyan Tapan" news agencies as well as in "Or" daily newspaper. S. Tonoyan was the press secretary of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Armenia, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. She participated in six-month training courses at the Academy for Educational Development (AED) of the US Agency for International Development, as well as the International Visits Program of the US Department of State. Susanna Tonoyan is one of the founders of the Club of Economic Journalists.
