Khaled Helioui is an active angel investor having backed mission driven startups such as Uber (first European investor), Deliveroo, Student.com, Werlabs, Soldo, Upgraded, Yumi or Bolt. He was previously the CEO of Bigpoint, the largest gaming company in Germany with over 500 employees & 400 million registered players, of which he led the turnaround and subsequent sale to Youzu Interactive. Khaled is Tunisian-French, an engineer by trade, and an active promoter of entrepreneurship as a driver of economic and social development, notably in Tunisia where he acts as mentor and coach for entrepreneurs & students. He is a United Nations digital leader and sits on the board of the Holding Italiana Quattordicesima.

Michael Thompson is CEO and CFO of Reinvent Technology Partners and a co-founding member of Reinvent Capital, an investment firm that seeks to invest in the internet, software, and media companies. Michael is considered veteran hedge fund manager. He was previously co-founder, managing member, and portfolio manager for BHR Capital, which managed around $1.9 billion of special situations funds from 2009-2016. He played an active role in several of BHR Capital’s portfolio companies, developing operating and financing strategies alongside management. While managing BHR Capital, he was responsible for all portfolio construction, security selection, and risk management activities and oversaw the firm’s investment team. In addition, Michael has made dozens of private investments since early 2010s, has experience as board member and regularly advises companies on business and financial matters. Michael graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in International Finance from the Honors Program at the University of Georgia, where he received Alumni, Governor’s and Hope Scholarships.
