Mr Avinyan has been serving as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia since On May 11, 2018. Mr. Avinyan previously worked as a senior Specialist at the Business Lending Division at the Armenian Development Bank. He founded and led Irrigate Company, which was engaged in the installation of irrigation systems and landscape design. He also worked as SAP Systems Consultant at SHTE Company, where he implemented installations for ContourGlobal LP (Vorotan HPP Cascade). Mr. Avinyan was the founder and CEO of Cyber Vision software developing company, and later got elected to Yerevan Council of Elders membership on the list of Yelk Alliance. Mr. Avinyan graduated from Russian Armenian (Slavonic) University, the Department of Applied Mathematics, where he got his Bachelor’s Degree. He then completed his Master’s Degree in Mathematical Modeling of Economics in the same university. Mr. Avinyan also holds a Master’s Degree in Finance with honors from Queen Mary University in London.

Isidoro Lucciola is a pre-eminent Italian banker and entrepreneur in the financial sector, with a long-standing international relations in the business world. He is the founder and chairman of an investment banking and corporate finance independent boutique (Appeal Strategy & Finance), of a systemic provider of advisory and agency services to banks active in Italy (loan agency services) as well as of the Italian market leader in invoice trading fintech solutions for corporations (TSFVC). He served as strategic and financial advisor for large Italian and international corporations , professional investors and banks. Isidoro has in his background significant experiences as executive manager in industrial companies (Grapes, pan- European telecommunication, and Acea), in the newly formed Italian development bank entirely owned by the Italian Treasury (MedioCredito Centrale established in 1994, acting as the Executive Director of the International investment and lending sector) and in a global bank (JP Morgan Chase). He is a member of governmental committees, Professor of International Finance at University of Urbino, and is pluri-awarded for his achievements in Italy and abroad.

DE VILLEPIN

Mr de Villepin is a French politician and a diplomat with a career spanning several decades. Mr de Villepin graduated with a degree in Law and Letters from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, and the National School of Administration. In 1980 he was appointed to the Directorate of African and Malagasy Affairs of the Quai d’Orsay, he then served in the French Embassy in Washington DC from 1984 to 1989. He went on to advise the French Embassy in New Delhi between 1989 to 1992. In 1993, Mr de Villepin became the Director of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alain Juppé, prior to being appointed by President Jacques Chirac as the Secretary General of the Elysée from 1995 to 2002. Mr de Villepin was entrusted with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from May 2002 to March 2004, during which, confronted with the Iraq crisis, he expressed French positions in favor of peace at the UN. In 2004 he was appointed the Minister of the Interior of the Raffarin government, and eventually the Prime Minister a year later, the post which he held till 2007. Mr de Villepin is the author of several historical essays on Napoleon I, on diplomacy, Europe and international relations, as well as texts on poets and painters, including Zao Wou Ki.
