A meeting was held by the Board of Directors of the Armenian National Interests Fund CJSC

The Board of Directors of ANIF held a meeting today, April 19, 2021, headed by Chairman of the Board, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan.

The meeting was attended by the Members of the Board, including the former Prime Minister of France Dominique de Villepin, Isidoro Lucciola, President of ANIF’s Investment Committee Khaled Helioui. ANIF’s CEO David Papazian presented the topics included in the agenda.

Summary of ANIF’s activities for 2019 and 2020 as well as ANIF’s immediate goals were discussed during the meeting. The Board also approved ANIF’s audit results for 2019 and 2020.

The meeting was held online, with the participation of all Board members.
