ANIF presented its activity report and the fund’s future plans to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan

Armenia National Interest Fund (ANIF) presented its activity report and the fund’s future plans to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

The Prime Minister was briefed on ANIF’s budget performance and expenditures, progress in the implementation of strategic tasks and specific investment programs and the expected investments. Work is underway with investors on specific projects in the fields of renewable energy, construction, light and food industry, agriculture, healthcare and others.

3 projects that are of strategic importance for the country have been discussed in more detail. Those include: the modular homes construction project, renewable energy project with Abu Dhabi future energy company (Masdar) and the strategic directions for High Voltage Electric Networks.

ANIF has reached to an agreement with the Russian Direct Investment Fund to set up a joint foundation. A process of registering ANIF representations in Abu Dhabi, Moscow and Paris is underway.
